The Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has been jointly acquired for $1.78 billion—approximately ₹16,706 crore—by a consortium comprising the Aditya Birla Group (ABG), The Times of India Group (ToI), Bolt Ventures (Bolt), and Blackstone’s Perpetual Private Equity Strategy (BXPE).

This deal encompasses both RCB teams—the men's and women's squads—across the IPL and WPL.
