Chennai Super Kings have selected a player to replace the injured Nathan Ellis for the TATA IPL 2026 season.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have signed Spencer Johnson as a replacement player for the upcoming TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) season for a sum of ₹1.5 crore.
Spencer Johnson has played 13 international matches for Australia—comprising 5 ODIs and 8 T20Is—and has 18 international wickets to his name.
He has previously represented Gujarat Titans (GT) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the IPL.
