IPL 2024 Auction to be held on December 19 | The ten IPL teams have until November 15 for Retaining and Releasing

toc The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has started preparations for the Indian Premier League 2024. BCCI has announced the auction date of the IPL 2024 players. The players auction for the upcoming season will be held in Dubai on 19 December 2023.

BCCI has given time till November 15 to the ten IPL teams to submit the list of players whom they are retaining and releasing in their team. After which the auction pool will be finalized by the beginning of December.
Each team will have a purse of Rs 100 crore (approximately US$12.02 million).
