The Sunrisers Hyderabad has announced Indian batter and wicket-kiper Ishan Kishan to Captain and batter Abhishek Sharma Voice Captain, in Pat Cummins' absence.
Ishan Kishan will captain Sunrisers Hyderabad in the first few matches of IPL 2026, while Abhishek Sharma has been appointed as the vice-captain. He will take the place of Pat Cummins, who has not yet fully recovered from his back injury.
