The SA20 2027 will be held from January 17 to February 21, 2026. The first match of the Season 5 will be played between Sunrisers Eastern Cape and Pretoria Capitals on Sunday, January 17, at St George's Park, Gqeberha.
The finalist teams from the previous season are the defending champions, Sunrisers Eastern Cape, and the runners-up, Pretoria Capitals.
