toc BCCI's medical team has given approval to Rishabh Pant to keep wickets for Delhi Capitals during IPL 2024. Earlier, Pant's was going to play IPL only as a batsman.

Issuing a press release on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 afternoon, BCCI said that after a rigorous 14-month rehab and recovery process, Pant is ready to bat as well as keep wickets. Pant suffered a serious injury during a road accident on 30 December 2022 and had to undergo surgery on his right knee.
This is a very good news for Delhi Capitals cricket team and their fans.
