IPL 2024: Rishabh Pant can Wicketkeeping in TATA IPL 17

BCCI's medical team has given approval to Rishabh Pant to keep wickets for Delhi Capitals during IPL 2024. Earlier, Pant's was going to play IPL only as a batsman.

Issuing a press release on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 afternoon, BCCI said that after a rigorous 14-month rehab and recovery process, Pant is ready to bat as well as keep wickets. Pant suffered a serious injury during a road accident on 30 December 2022 and had to undergo surgery on his right knee.
This is a very good news for Delhi Capitals cricket team and their fans.
