Bangladesh Cricket Board eyes bilateral series against Nepal in 2027
Bangladesh Cricket Board officials stated on Saturday (September 12) that they are planning to play a bilateral series with Nepal by 2027. This decision was made after the Cricket Association of Nepal invited Bangladesh to play a series on its home soil.
Shahriar Nafees, the BCB's Head of Cricket Operations, told reporters on Saturday, "The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) had sent us a proposal some time ago, expressing their interest in playing a bilateral series with Bangladesh. The Bangladesh Cricket Board has responded very positively to that invitation."
