The BCCI confirmed that the IPL 2027 auction will be held in Goa
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has confirmed Goa as the venue for the IPL 2027 auction. BCCI Secretary Devajit Saikia informed the media on September 23 that the auction would be held in mid-December.
The date for the IPL 2026 auction has also been finalized, although it has not yet been revealed. However, Saikia stated that it could be held between December 14 and 16, 2026. Since it is expected to be a mini-auction, it will be a one-day event.
