Mishra joins a list of former cricketers—including Sourav Ganguly (Head Coach), Yuvraj Singh (Assistant Coach), and Chaminda Vaas (Fast Bowling Coach)—who have recently been added to the Delhi Capitals' support staff as part of a major restructuring within the franchise.
Amit Mishra brings extensive IPL experience to the role. He has played 162 matches across 16 seasons, starting from the inaugural IPL season in 2008. Notably, he began his IPL career with the Delhi Capitals franchise and spent 10 of those 16 seasons with the team.
