T. Natarajan has returned to Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), while Delhi Capitals (DC) have added leg-spinner Zeeshan Ansari to their squad, following a player trade between the two franchises ahead of IPL 2027.
Natarajan, who was with Sunrisers Hyderabad for five seasons (from 2020 to 2024) and spent the previous season with Delhi Capitals, has now made his return to the SRH franchise.
In the TATA IPL 2025 player auction, DC had purchased Natarajan for ₹10.75 crore; however, he will now join SRH at a revised fee of ₹5 crore roughly half of what he earned last season.
Ansari will join DC at his existing fee of INR 40 lakh.
