The Women's Premier League (WPL) (Also know as TATA WPL T20, Women's IPL 2023, WPL Twenty20, or Women's Indian Premier League 2023) is a Women's Twenty20 cricket league tournament in India, organized by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Women's Premier League (WPL) is started in March 2023.

The Women's WPL 2023 is scheduled to be played from March 4, 2023 to March 26, 2023.

The WPL IPL auction 2023 will be held in the month of February. In which a total of five teams will participate.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has set Rs 12 crore as the salary cap for the Women's Premier League (WPL). The size of the fund will have an annual increase of INR 1.5 Crore in the subsequent four years and will increase to INR 18 Crore by the end of the first five year cycle. There is no provision for icon players in the five-team league.
